Terms of Service
Last updated: —
These terms govern use of the Easy Enquiry website and the lead-response and appointment-booking service we provide to mortgage brokerages.
The service
Easy Enquiry responds to a brokerage's inbound enquiries, asks brokerage-approved logistics questions, offers appointment times, books conversations into the brokerage's calendar, sends reminders, and escalates anything advice-related or unusual to the brokerage's staff.
What the service is not
- It does not provide credit advice, recommendations or suitability opinions. All such advice remains the responsibility of the licensed broker.
- It does not generate leads or cold-contact anyone — it responds only to people who have enquired with the brokerage.
- It does not replace the broker or the brokerage's regulatory obligations.
Brokerage responsibilities
The brokerage approves all message wording and questions, sets the escalation rules, and remains responsible for credit advice, licensing and compliance obligations under the relevant Australian law (including the NCCP Act). Consent and opt-out handling are configured before launch.
Pilot and fees
Engagements typically begin with a paid 30-day pilot. Fees, the guarantee, and what happens after the pilot are set out in the agreement with each brokerage and on our pricing section. There is no long-term commitment beyond the pilot unless agreed. [Confirm fee, billing and cancellation terms here before launch.]
The interactive demo
The demo on this website is a simulation for illustration only. It sends no real messages, books no real appointments, and stores none of the information entered into it.
Liability
The website is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. [Insert liability and indemnity terms reviewed for your circumstances before launch.]
